Physician’s formula in Baked Sweets which is a matte pallet.  There are hints of purple, burgundy, wine, and a pale purple highlight, but I was unimpressed with the matte version of these colors.  I have the shimmer version also, and liked it a lot better.  The color payoff isn’t good at all, and it left me wanting a lot more.  I wouldn’t buy this again

Lancome eye shadow quad in 4 passion, a lovely mix of purples.  I love the bottom left purple which reminds me of a wine color almost, but the dark purple in the top right doesn’t have enough pigment.  It falls short of the color I hoped it would deliver.  

Almay intense i color trio for greens.  I feel like separately the colors are ok, nothing special.  Together, I don’t like them at all.  The purple is too dark, the light green too frosty to be used as a highlighter, and the bold green is wayyyyyy too much for a crease color.  I would want washes of color, not these bold colors that didn’t seem to blend well and faded during the day.  It’s the best and worst of problems in one.  

Hello all! Today I have a nail design I created with quite a few products!

First I used a base coat and then added two coats of China Glaze prism. This actually took a bit of patience because it is a very chunky glitter polish and you need to take caution to apply it evenly. After that I added a fast drying to coat to create and even surface for the design.

When that was dry I stamped a flowery design on my nails using konad plate m73.

I used Orly Wisteria to stamp.

Then I used that same color to create the french tip. I outline the french tip with a silver glitter polish striper.

Last but not least I added a pink oval gem to the middle of the silver glitter french line. One nice thick coat of fast drying topcoat and the design is complete!

Ulta long lasting automatic waterproof eyeliner in raisin (purple) and olive (green).  They aren’t terribly soft, but are better than the maybelline line stylist and have a little bit of the same consistency issue with application like the rimmel london exaggerate eye liners but not as bad.  Also, once set, they don’t really smear and have minimal fading during the day.  It helps if you heat them up with your hands or a hair dryer to make for easier application.

Rimmel London exaggerate waterproof definer in 290 precious gold (gold), 211 sable (brown), 230 deep ocean (blue), 270 purple shock (purple pink with shine).  They are lovely colors, but they don’t go on consistently and I have to let it set then try it again otherwise there are gaps of no color or chunks of color in some parts.  Even after they set, they aren’t waterproof and smudge fairly easily.  Not every color feels like it has the same formula either, the brown and blue go on softer than the purple and gold.  I got them buy one get one free at CVS and I certainly wouldn’t pay full price for them.  

This is a fun and colorful look you can wear to go out to a club, or to hang with girlfriends! Or anything you choose really! I love putting on fun colors!!

Primer: Urban Decay Primer potion in original

Eye shadow: Ametista over main lid, Cuore in inner corner & as a higlight and Tempesta on lid all from the Tokidoki Skate Deck Palette. Put a little but of Omen (from Urban Decay 15th anniversary palette) between the Ametista and Tempesta to blend them together.

Eyeliner: Palladio black shimmer liquid liner.

Mascara: Maybelline the Falsies Flared

Cheeks: reddish berry blush from 28 professional blush palette (from ebay.)

Lips: MAC lipstick in Odyssey (from wonder woman collection)

This is a swatch of Zoya nail polish in #ZP544 Gemma and it is from the Intimate collection. I got this recently at Ulta so it should still be available, especially on the Zoya site! I love this color because it is so unique, and with my large collection of polish it is often hard to find something as unique as this! It is light olive green color with a purple/periwinkle shimmer, sheen dutone thing! I absolutely love it!
